Returns policy

To Return a Product To Us

Thank you for choosing Whistle and Barks for your purchases we hope you are satisfied with your goods. However if you are not fully satisfied with your item(s), we have a 14 day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your order to send your return. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Sale or seconds items cannot be returned. We recommend that you carefully try new items indoors, just in case you need to return them.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Your email should have the following information so that we can process a return:

  • Your name

  • Order reference number

  • Your Address

  • Email address

  • Contact number

  • Date of purchase

  • Date the goods were received by you

  • If you originally ordered multiple items, which do you want to return?

We will then provide you with the appropriate returns address. Items are to be returned unused* and with packaging in a resalable condition. You will receive an automatic email notification from our website once your return has been received and your refund has been approved. If there are any issues with your return, our customer service team will make contact with you. We aim to process returns within 5 working days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any postage costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Faulty/damaged items

Please inspect the items upon receiving your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale items are final sale and non-returnable/refundable.

Exchanges

Please ensure to double check your sizing using our sizing guides before placing an order. We are always happy to assist if you are unsure or have any queries prior to ordering. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. You are welcome to return any unwanted items and make a separate purchase for the new item/s.
